Product Manager

My responsibilities varies from ensuring quality in usability to developing marketing strategies and managing projects, both in the development of projects directly in the development of www.bums.se, but also projects involving integration with other technical and editorial platforms in concern.

This experience has given me great insights in how to identify and develop network-effects in social media, how to develop different strategies to capitalize from traffic-inventory, not only using advertisement, but different synergies within the concern, and finally, how to build a product that puts a very big focus on usability that communicates the goals to the customer for optimized conversion-rates.

Lunarstorm was one of the first sites that successfully managed to find a B2C-business-model, using premium services, and it was also a pioneering site in the mobile industry, when it launched the mobile version in 2002. My role as a developer involved mainly development of backend services and supportsystems, with focus on very high performance. An example of the kind of projects I was involved in was the ”media platform”, which can be described as a ”flickr/youtube” solution.
